 when number of activities  accomplish together  in  controlled  and organized way under the effective direction  with continual improvement of efficiency and effectiveness,   to  achieve the  goal of organisation  . that is called effective and efficient quality management system.

1> QUALITY-The process of determining the level of accuracy . it is the degree of goodness.

2 > MANAGEMENT-Management is the coordination and administration of tasks to achieve a goal. Such administration activities include setting the organization’s strategy and coordinating the efforts of staff to accomplish these objectives through the application of available resources. Management can also refer to the seniority structure of staff members within an organization. it is degree of good decision  when direction is in organised ways.

3>SYSTEM-  system means establishing  the linkages  with the process element and providing  structure approach for work
