1. WHAT IS QUALITY?
ANSWER - quality is doing the right things right the first time and is uniquely defined by the each individual. quality is user oriented.
 a product that meets the user all requirement or a product that satisfy the customer requirement with life time need is known as quality if product 
example -  quality of camera 
Assessment or subjective measure of how accurately or fully an image of a subject represents that subject. * For a critical observer, it is based on e.g. the brightness and evenness of illumination, contrast, resolution, geometry, colour fidelity and colour discrimination of an observed image. * It can be affected by e.g. lens aberrations, diffraction and reflection effects, pollutants such as dust and scratches on the lens and in the atmosphere, effects of heat on detectors, motion of subject or optical system.

 Good quality  represents the  long lasting perfection that never be fade throughout the  life time




BAD quality represents the effortless behaviour and approach  of individual performance
